As our Admin Controller you will support the Team by handling administrative tasks, understand the business needs and create innovative solutions to support the team.


TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU WILL NEED:

  • You must be able to effectively plan and organise tasks within the store.

  • A proven understanding of store operating systems and stock management control

  • Play an active part in minimizing cash variance and stock loss and escalating any risks to management

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests

  • You must be able to deliver an exceptional internal and external customer experience

  • You handle ordering store supplies and monitoring stock to meet the team’s need

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail

  • To work as a key player of a team


Must Haves

Minimum qualification Matric with Maths and English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in Microsoft office applications (including; Word & Excel)
Cash Management experience
Exceptional internal & external customers service skills
