Night Duty Manager Jobs Vacancy in Mediclinic Careers Bloemfontein Jobs Details:
Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.
A minimum of 5 years Professional Nurse clinical experience.
A minimum of 2-3 years management experience at unit level. ·
Willingness to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the hospital.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Competence in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures and management of risks.
Sound knowledge of stock management.
The ability to identify, report, investigate and address near-misses and adverse events.
Sound knowledge of the Scientific Nursing Process and BCA bundles.
A good understanding and application of the nursing scope of practice, knowledge of patient care and unit management.
Takes responsibility for actions, projects and people.
Good leadership and supervising abilities and role modelling.
The ability to adapt and respond to change.
Good planning and organising skills that contribute to meeting objectives.
The ability to analyse job related data and information to assist in problem-solving.
Competent in working with people i.e. shows respect for team members' views and contributions, shows empathy, listens, supports and cares for others.
Displays a concern for excellence that promotes meeting and exceeding standards and delivering results.
